Hey everyone! I’ve been super busy since the start of the year, because I went back to college to do community and justice services! I’m hoping one day to blend it with restorative exercise / nutritious movement. In the meantime, I’m still running the business, just spending less time on the blog since I’m studying all the dang time. In the process of studying, however, I’ve been spending more time than I’m used to in hip flexion. Which has shortened my psoas. Which has increased my rib thrust. Which is hurting my back. SO, here’s a little exercise I do in between school tasks which is helping a lot.
